Return & Exchange
Goods Sold are neither refundable nor exchangable, except for wrong delivery or damaged products.
♦ STEP 1. – Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return Your Order
Notifying us if you wish to return the products within three (3) days after delivery can be done via email to order@magelinestore.com, or reach out to us at +6017-235 1628 via call, whatsApp or wechat (from 9am – 6pm UTC+8, Mon-Fri) with your order details.
Damaged Products
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the product(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the product(s) inside and contact us immediately. Any damaged products are notified to us more than two (2) days after delivery will not be eligible for refund.
♦ STEP 2. – Returning the Product
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging that you received it. The item has to be returned within five (5) days after your notification in Step 1.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
To return your product, please courier back your product to: 22A Jln Setia Impian U13/5Q, Setia Alam, Seksyen U13, 40170, Shah Alam, Selangor Malaysia
You need to pay first your own shipping costs for returning your item. We shall refund the shipping costs (capped at MYR10 within Malaysia, and USD10 for outside Malaysia) in the form of credits to your member account for next purchase.
♦ STEP 3. – Processing The Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within fifteen (15) days, and a credit will automatically be refunded to your member account for next purchase.
